Bank Charges
The banks are currently in process of fighting their case against the Office of Fair Trading, through the courts. The initial case which was heard in February of this year ruled that the Office of Fair trading does indeed have the juristiction to make a decision regarding the legality and fairness of bank charges, although they have yet to do so.
However the banks have been given leave to appeal the judgement which is likely to mean that all bank charges cases will remain suspended until all appeals have been heard.
This does not mean that you cannot make a claim.
If you would like to enquire about reclaiming your bank charges we are happy to undertake these cases on a no win no fee basis.
If you are unable to claim any charges back will will not charge you a penny.
We do charge a percentage of any fees recovered and our current rate, we belive, is the cheapest in the market, at 21% + vat.
Please fill in the form below and we will contact you to discuss your case.
